Automatic Powder Spraying Booths, which take very tight space and suitable to color change quickly, with filter, monocyclone or multicyclone types, are used with conveyor type lines.
Their material is iron sheet or galvanize or stainless steel. Paint feeding is directly to the guns by a fine sieve under filter type booths and gaining back system beside cyclone type booths.
This booth is dizayn for Manual effect. It is designed in order to paint both medium size parts such as metallic goods and too long parts, and suitable to change rapid color change.
All parts of the booth are disassembled and can be mounted by screw and dismounted easily, if required.

The system consists of chemical tanks, drying tank, monorail crane system and the basket where the parts to which the surface treatment will be applied are placed. It is based on holding for a period of time equal to the process time upon immersing into the chemical inside the tanks. Its advantage compared to the spraying applications is that it provides equal cleaning and coating facility by penetrating onto each part of the materials equally (products such as profile and pipe). Materials must be dried fast upon completion of the process.
In case of high production capacity, the systems with spray lines are more economical. The parts moving as hung onto the conveyor in this system pass through active sections inside spray unit and react to the chemicals under proper time, pressure, flow and temperature. The length of the spray tunnel depends on the process to be applied and the conveyor speed.
The materials of the bath tanks and tunnel are manufactured by Cr-Ni, Black sheet-iron or plastic material according to the process to be applied.
The furnace consists of sandwich panels which have rock wool and yellow as the insulation material between inner side of 1,2mm galvanized steel and outer side of 1,2 mm mild steel sheet. The walls and the ceiling of the oven are 50 mm rock wool and 100 mm yellow insulation total thickness 150 mm and its base is 50 mm thickness. There are adjustable type air blowing mouths and air circulation ducts which homogeneously distribute air at 200 °C. Heat control device is digital type. The heat of the oven is controlled by the command of the thermostat that works by the signal of the thermo-couple, to the burner. Air seal and curtains of the entrance and exit of the oven prevent hot air leakage from the oven. Adjustable type digital thermostats, thermo-couples, consuls carrying the conveyor passing through the oven cable lines to the burner, fans, cable channel and electrical control panel are included in the system.

Firing part of the heating unit is produced from SAE316 stainless steel. Unit body from mild steel and heat-insulated. This unit includes an explosion door against explosion, a burner, a circulating fan, an observation cover and electrical installations.
