1.) MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
This product can be used only for electrostatic powder coating and enamel coating.
This product must be landed in a suitable good way.
The parts that are in the system can show some change according to corrusion time, paint quality,air quality and the used air pressure.
All the cleaning and the maintenance operations must be done with dry air and dry tissue and dry brush. Water, thinner and similar liquids must not be used in the inside cleaning.
Maintenance according to the frequency of use must be made within a particular program.

2.) INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE OF THE DEVICE

STRONG 3000 Powder Coating Systems are manufactured according to the EN 50050 European norms.
Security Instructions (Safety Rules)
Important Information:
This system must be used only for powder coating applications.
System must be grounded securely.
This system can cause serious dangers if written instructions below are not followed carefully:
The elctropneumatic control module (PEG201) should be kept away from dangerous places (fire, naphta medium, acids, etc).
This system should be operated by only authorized and educated personnel.
Operating instructions and warning panel prepared in the language of operator can understand, should be placed near the operator where he/she can reach and understand easily.
The operator should use a shoewear with ground permeability property or the shoewear should be antistatic. If gloes are used, gloves should be without palms or should be antistatic in order to provide grounding, according to ISO 2251 Norms.
The ground where the operator stands on should be conductive (as concrete ground, etc).
The place where the powder spraying is applied should be ventilated. The powder spraying should be applied in a cabin that has a good absorption property.
The powder coating equipment and all materials around it should be grounded because that they can be influenced from static field.
All materials that are being coated should be grounded with the max. 1m height hanging system.
The absorption system of powder coating cabin should be checked continously and should be maintained if needed.
When the powder coating equipment is cleaning, the system should be kept closed.
The should not be any moisture or grease in the entrance air.
The should not be any moisture or grease in the powder paint placed in hopper.
The Injector and powder coating gun should be cleaned after each two-hour period of coating, and powder paint hose and the hopper should be cleaned after each shift.
The inside of power supply box and the the parts of powder coating gun except the cleaning parts should not be touched.
The cable of gun and powder paint hose should not be stepped on and should not be overpulled.
The equipment entrance voltage should be kept constant with the 220V (±7,5V).
The workplace temperature should be maximum 35 Celcius Degrees.
Operator must guarantee to follow carefully and apply all written instructions above and should take any responsibility in case of any accident arised because of non followed instructions.
